"Making Meaning from Misery" Chronic Health Condition Wellness & Support

This group is specifically aimed at providing support & guidance for individuals who suffer from chronic pain, fatigue, or other illnesses. Cultivating a safe space to process struggles, discuss effective treatments & coping skills, & work towards proper management as well as recognizing strengths & resilience. There is very little awareness/knowledge of chronic health conditions, there are very few support groups in existence. If you suffer from these afflictions & feel you would benefit from group therapy & a network of peers who share the same lived experiences, please contact Dr. Sky while there are still spots available.

Starting: Spring or Summer 2026  

Fridays from 4:00pm-5:15pm every week

Duration: 10 weeks total 

 Price: $85 per session (discounted rate available for low-income clients or those experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire if needed)
